HOLDING AGREEMENT

A $100.00 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED  TO HOLD YOUR PUPPY. SELLER ASSIGNS BUYER THE DOG & GUARANTEEING THAT SAID DOG WILL NOT BE SOLD TO ANY PARTY OTHER THAN THE BUYER. AT THE TIME BUYER ACQUIRES PHYSICAL POSSESSION OF SAID DOG, THE DEPOSIT SHALL BE APPLIED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE. THE DEPOSIT RECEIVED BY SELLER IN THE AMOUNT OF $100.00, IS NONREFUNDABLE. 

PICKING UP YOUR PUPPY

ALL PUPPIES NEED TO BE PICKED UP BETWEEN 8 AND 9 WEEKS OF AGE.  IF YOUR PUPPY IS NOT PICKED UP BY 9 WEEKS OF AGE MN WHISPERING PINES SPRINGER'S WILL CHARGE YOU AN EXTRA $25 A WEEK BOARDING FEE WHICH NEEDS TO BE PAID BEFORE WE WILL ALLOW YOU TO TAKE YOUR NEW PUPPY HOME. 

LIMITED REGISTRATION

ALL OF OUR PUPPIES ARE SOLD WITH LIMITED REGISTRATION UNLESS WRITTEN DIFFERENTLY IN THIS SALES CONTRACT.  WE WILL HOLD THE AKC REGISTRATION PAPERS UNTIL WE HAVE A STATEMENT FROM YOUR VET SHOWING US THAT YOUR PUPPY HAS BEEN SPAYED/NEUTERED.  THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS UNLESS YOU PURCHASED A PUPPY FOR BREEDING AND IS WRITTEN IN THIS CONTRACT!

______This puppy is sold on Limited Registration. It is understood that the puppy will be Spayed/Neutered and NOT to be used for breeding. Puppy is to be spayed or neutered no later than six months of age. You are to furnish the breeder with a copy of the spay/neutered receipt.

______This puppy is sold on Full Registration in which it will be eligible for all registry events and offspring will be eligible for registration.

Puppy is guaranteed to be a purebred. MN Whispering Pines Springer's will either give Registration Papers immediately if bought with full registration or after the spaying/neutering is done. .All fees, including sale price, are payable prior to shipment of the animal. Once the puppy leaves the sellers hands to board plane or any other form of transport into the new owner’s hands, the Seller holds no responsibility for the puppy.
